Norma AI 面向个人创作者提供 AI 图像生成、图像编辑、视频生成和对话式创作服务。用户在自己的账户内发起任务并接收数字结果。 Norma AI provides AI image generation, image editing, video generation, and conversational creation tools for individual creators. Users submit jobs and receive digital results in their own accounts.

上传有权使用的素材并进行 AI 辅助编辑。 Edit media you are authorized to use with AI assistance.

Norma AI 不运营第三方卖家市场，不代第三方收款，也不通过积分提供汇款、兑换现金或金融中介服务。 Norma AI does not operate a third-party seller marketplace, collect payments for third parties, or use points to provide remittance, cash redemption, or financial intermediary services.

用户在 App 内选择订阅或一次性积分包，价格、币种、税费和实际可用支付方式以结账页为准。 Users choose a subscription or one-time point pack in the app. The checkout screen controls the final price, currency, tax, and payment methods actually available.
权益记入账户Entitlements are credited

支付渠道确认订单后，订阅状态或积分记入购买时登录的 Norma AI 账户。该过程属于数字交付，不寄送实体商品。 After the payment provider confirms the order, the subscription status or points are credited to the signed-in Norma AI account. Delivery is digital; no physical goods are shipped.
提交任务并记录用量Submit jobs and record usage

任务按类型、规格和当时有效的计价规则消耗积分，并显示在积分记录中。符合返还条件的失败任务会退回相应预扣积分。 Jobs consume points according to their type, specification, and the pricing rule in effect, and appear in point history. A failed job that qualifies for reversal has the applicable reserved points returned.

积分的功能边界Functional limits of points

积分是 Norma AI 账户内的服务用量记录，只能用于本服务列出的 AI 创作任务。 Points are an account-level record of service usage and can only be used for AI creation jobs offered by Norma AI.

不能购买第三方商品或服务Cannot buy third-party goods or services
不能转至其他用户账户Cannot be transferred to another user account
不能交易、出售或兑换现金Cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for cash
不产生利息或投资收益Do not earn interest or investment returns

官网不直接收款。App 内结账页会根据设备平台、账户地区及支付渠道状态展示当时可用的支付方式；未展示的支付方式不可用于下单。支付成功后，订单与权益绑定至购买账户。 This website does not collect payments directly. In-app checkout displays the methods available at that time based on device platform, account region, and payment-provider status. A method not shown cannot be used to place an order. After successful payment, the order and entitlement are tied to the purchasing account.
